The Vision of the Office of Multicultural Affairs is to educate and inspire all students at the University of South Florida to discover and experience the value of cultivating culturally diverse interpersonal relationships.
Vision
The Vision of the Multicultural Community is to create a diverse, yet extremely cohesive coalition of multicultural student organizations that fosters cross-cultural and inter-organizational interaction and enhances the development of the participating organizations.
Mission
The mission of the Multicultural Community is to broaden the scope of multicultural activities to include non-traditional cultural groups, promote organizational teambuilding, build meaningful cross-cultural programming partnerships, and to provide better service to students interested and involved in multicultural student organizations.
Method
Multicultural student organizations participating in the Multicultural Community are required to regularly participate in the multicultural training programs, events, committees, and retreats that the Office of Multicultural Affairs plans, implements, and oversees.
